Responsibilities: • Accurately picking and packing items for orders to be shipped. • Checking inventory for product availability and reorder as necessary. • Ensuring correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed. • Using equipment such as RF scanners to sort, handle, load, and unload products. • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations. • Reporting any discrepancies in inventory to the supervisor. • Participating in inventory audits and assisting in conducting physical inventories. • Assisting in other warehouse duties as required. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not necessary. • Ability to read and interpret written instructions. • Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items. • Basic math skills for counting and tallying various products. • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners. • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to achieving team goals. • Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season. Preferred Skills: • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to spot discrepancies or errors. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management software. • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a warehouse environment. • Flexibility to work in shifts, overtime, and on weekends if required.',
